White Cloud is created from a clear white art glass with streaks of white running throughout. Accents are in gray, black and red. Streaks of white will vary. Each bird is unique. Display all year round. Approximate size: 5"w x 2.5"h x 3/8"d.
Incidental Bird Fact:
The Black & White Warbler is a species of New World warbler. It breeds in northern and eastern North America and is migratory, spending winters in Central America, northern South America and Florida.
- All art work is handmade by Robert Wiener in the DC Art Glass Studio. Kilnforming is a method of shaping glass in a kiln using heat and gravity. Techniques used by the artist include fusing, slumping, casting, printmaking and coldworking. It is common of kilnformed glass to have slight color shifts and small "champagne" bubbles.
