Most undamaged items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If the item is damaged during transit, please first inform the shipping provider right away. If you need to make a return, please Contact Us with your order number, details about the product and purpose of return. We will respond with instructions for how to return item(s) from your order.
Sale items, special and custom orders are not returnable.
We currently ship to addresses only within the contiguous United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the options you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Curbside Pick Up
If you are local and have selected the "Curbside Pick Up" option, an appointment must be arranged and confirmed to pick up your order. Proper social distancing and masks are required at all times. Use the Contact page to request a specific day/time, otherwise we will email you. Please include the make of car, color and plate number. Appointments are Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions once the appointment has been booked.
