The Pink & White Streak Songbird body is created from a pink opaque art glass with a streak of white running through it. Accents are in white, black, red, and just a touch of coral orange. Each bird is unique. Display all year round. Approximate size: 5"w x 2.5"h x 3/8"d.

Pink Flamingos get their rosy pink color from their diet, which consists of organisms rich in alpha and beta carotenoid pigments.
- All art work is handmade by Robert Wiener in the DC Art Glass Studio. Kilnforming is a method of shaping glass in a kiln using heat and gravity. Techniques used by the artist include fusing, slumping, casting, printmaking and coldworking. It is common of kilnformed glass to have slight color shifts and small "champagne" bubbles.
