Marigold Fusebox

This Fusebox is created from transparent marigold tinted art glass. The removable lid is topped with handmade murrine accents from the Fall Harvest color scheme of the artist's signature Colorbar Murrine Series. Murrine colors include shades of vanilla, orange, red, and yellow. Actual murrine will vary, but remain within the Fall Harvest color scheme. The box, removable lid and murrine accents have a matte finish.

Techniques used by the artist include fusing, slumping, casting, printmaking and coldworking. It is common of kilnformed glass to have slight color shifts and small "champagne" bubbles.
